I hope it looks okay since I didn't get to see below the legs on this character, I was proud of it for the most part and I tried to combine the shirt + skirt into a dress like your description asked for. Only part I didn't like was her left arm >x<
I'm sorry it's so much later than christmas, I've had a lot going on in my life and I just didn't have the time for it-but here it is now!
