NEW: I just got my power back after a ton of bs about it, I had no power for 11 days. YAY.
Hey everyone, just some quick notes to penpals and watchers and friends, and updates on my power situation.
So first off Penpals, we got a bill for our power to get fixed and it's almost 4k so right now stamps are not on my priorities list, but when I am able to send you guys letters I'll make up for it somehow ;; I'm really really sorry.
On the power topic, a man from SDG&E (the power company) came over at 8am and looked at our box, confirming that we needed it rewired, however we can't afford that currently so we'll be getting a temporary fix which is still quite pricey-We're replacing the box and meter. Apparently to replace our meter though we need a permit so we aren't expecting anything until next week at the earliest because our city isn't exactly fast about these things.
That being said the only time I'm able to get on the internet at all is when I camp out at a 24/hr internet cafe or stay at a friend's house, which I think I'll be doing this weekend, but they have a baby and it's a little hectic. So my apologies in advance for slow replies on any comments or notes which i will answer at my soonest convenience. As for all Lamas, Favs, and Watches: THANK YOU EVERYONE. Individual replies are just not possible at the moment, but know I appreciate every single one.
Concerning my art, it's just not happening right now. All Traditional work is closed because I just can't draw at the moment, it's not working for me. Digital work is practically impossible as well because my laptops battery doesn't last that long and I'm not just gonna sit at the cafe forever to draw, sorry guys. I might post a few sketches when I get my power back but I'm not making any promises.
Money wise I'm pretty much broke, I owe a friend money, we have a big bill, and this fall I'm helping someone fly out to see me so I can't really afford any luxuries. If you people are crazy enough to want to send me money or something like that my paypal is mina.escoffery@gmail.com, and I'll surely give you some freebies if you do.
If there's anything I missed feel free to comment, I'll be around for a few hours.
